Some time ago, David from the United Kingdom sent us an enquiry. David said that he needed us to customize a special bar glass brush cleaner for his bar glass. It is due to the special shape of the bar glass, the neck of the bar glass is long and narrow, and the bottom is round and wide. The general cylindrical bar glass brush cleaner cannot meet the needs of good cleaning.

Noted on David’s request, we asked David to send us the size of his round bottom bar glass and our technical department begin to analyze how to design the bar glass brush cleaner. After one-day analysis, we handed the bar glass brush cleaner design to the production department to start proofing. After 3 days of repeated proofing tests, the customized bar glass brush cleaner was produced with the shape to match to the round bottom bar glass.

We sent the final bar glass brush cleaner sample to David. He received it and said that our product solved the cleaning problem of the round bottom bar glass and cleaning performance is excellent. A week later, David signed a long-term cooperation contract with us, asking us fully in charge the production of all the bar glass brush cleaner for their experimental institutions.
