Mr. Yang's company is a manufacturer of cable grommet, mainly assemble cable grommet with dust sealing brush then provide to furniture manufacturers. Furniture manufacturer is very discontented to their supply recently, the reason is the sealing effect of the cable grommet that he supplies are very bad. Mr. Yang has repeatedly asked the existing suppliers for solution, but the strip brush manufacturers do not have full-time quality tracking, quality cannot be controlled.  Mr. Yang found AOQUN through the introduction of a friend.

Xiao Wan received Mr. Yang, first made a detailed introduction to Mr. Yang about the strip brush manufacturers qualification of AOQUN, and then sent the quality control process of AOQUN practical operation and the daily test report of each process to Mr. Yang for review. Then, the problems encountered by Mr. Yang were analyzed:  It turned out that the problems caused by the total length tolerance control of the dust proof seal brush were not in place. The problems could be solved by strictly controlling the tolerance. Mr. Yang immediately placed a trial order for 500 meters to Xiao Wan.

15 days later, Mr. Yang called to say that his batch of dust seal brush from strip brush manufacturers has been fully assembled .In order to better guarantee the sealing function he undertook sampling inspection about the total length of brush specially,  the inspection result the sealing effect is very good and all the data are within the tolerance, Mr. Yang wants to reorder 2500 meters.
