In May, we received an email from Martin, Germany, saying that the CPAP tube brush he ordered from other supplier were not flexible enough, and the cleaning performance was not good. As a result, they received many customer complaints and asked us if we could produce a flexible stainless-steel CPAP tube brush.

Our Customer Service responded promptly after receiving Martin’s Mail in 1 minute. We learned that the CPAP tube that Martin needs is longer than the previous one, so he needs a flexible stainless-steel CPAP tube brush. The stainless-steel wire of CPAP tube brush buying from previous supplier is 1.0mm thick, so it’s soft, and the ideal cleaning effect is not achieved. We recommend that Martin raise the stainless-steel wire to 1.6mm thick to avoid deformation during the cleaning process. Martin agrees with our proposal and pays the sample fee. After 3 days we sent the flexible stainless-steel CPAP tube brush to Martin.

Five days later, Martin received the sample of a flexible stainless-steel CPAP tube brush. The cleaning performance was very good and it was not deformed. Martin placed an order of 5,000 sets to us.
